Order confirmation: After an order is placed you will receive an email confirming details of the order and that it has been dispatched.

PAYMENTS

We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro, Visa Delta and PayPal. Please note verification checks may be made by your bank for the transaction.

VAT: All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, the item can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Items should be unused with tags intact. Please email us at sales@victoria-lam.com where we can arrange collection or for the item to be sent back to us for FREE.

We recommend that you obtain a certificate or receipt of postage from the post office as we can not be responsible for items lost in transit.
